Refund policy
We hope you are delighted with your purchase. However, should you wish to make a return or exchange, please note that we offer a 14-day return policy on eligible products only. This means you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange for applicable items.
None-Returnable & None Refundable Items.
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:

Pierced Jewellery – Including all Earrings and any Jewellery sets that contain earrings (such as choker sets, Necklace sets, Pendant sets, and Tikka sets).

Head Jewellery – Including Tikka's, Earring Chains, Jhumar and similar products.

Henna Products – All Henna Tattoo Products.

Custom or Made-to-Order Items – Bespoke designs or items made specifically to order.
We are unable to make exceptions to this policy in order to maintain the highest standards of hygiene and reassurance for all our customers.
Damages and issues
In the rare event your item(s) arrive damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately within 24 hours of receiving your item, via email, providing photo evidence.
Exchanges (If applicable)
We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged. The fastest way to ensure this is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, we can process your exchange.
Refunds (If applicable)
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund, so please bear this in mind. Shipping costs are non-refundable. International orders are non-refundable.
Sale items & Gift cards
We do not accept returns on these items.
To be eligible for a return:
Your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn and unused, with tags in original packaging, along with any protective packaging. Shipping costs are non-refundable, you are responsible for returning the item. International orders are non-refundable.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you details on how to return your item to us and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please use a trackable service, as missing items will not be refunded. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, has missing parts not due to our error, or has exceeded 14 days will not be accepted.
